You are not booking a firm. You are booking a person.
There is no team in the background, no resource planning and nobody who turns up instead of me. That limits how many mandates can run at once – and is the reason the work stays short and concrete.
About me

My background is engineering and delivery, not presentation. As a rule I build what I propose – which is why I know fairly precisely what a piece of work costs before it starts.
What interests me about Swiss SMEs is the gap between what is technically possible today and what actually arrives in a business. That gap has grown, not shrunk. It cannot be bridged with a presentation, only by someone working alongside you for a few days and then putting something finished in place.
What I do not do: strategy papers, maturity models, three-year roadmaps, off-the-shelf training. If that is what you want, one of the large consultancies will serve you better – and I will tell you so in the first call rather than send you an invoice two months later.

What you can hold me to
Numbers, not impressions
Before every measure stands the figure it has to be judged against. Afterwards we look at it together – including when the result falls short.
Saying no is part of it
If your problem is solved by a setting in the software you already have, I say so. A mandate I do not need is better than one that delivers nothing.
An ending is planned in
I am not built to settle in. A good mandate ends because it is finished, not because the budget ran out.
Better to ask me directly.
Thirty minutes on the phone says more about working together than any page about me.
