Booking

Thirty minutes that cost you nothing.

You describe your situation, I ask questions and tell you at the end whether I see a lever – and if so, which one. No documents, no preparation, no slides.

This call is free because it is a selection for me too. Everything after it is charged.

  • Thirty minutes
  • Phone or video
  • No preparation needed

To make it worthwhile

What we should talk about

You need to prepare nothing. If you would like to think about something in advance, make it these three points:

  • Where does most of your time go without a client paying for it?
  • Which task depends on a single person – and what happens if that person is away for two weeks?
  • What have you already tried, and why did it fail?

Before you book

What you might still want to know

Is this a sales call?

It is a selection in both directions. I do not take on every mandate, and after thirty minutes you should be able to judge whether you want to work with me.

If I see no lever, I say so and we are done.

What does it cost afterwards?

Time and materials at a fixed day rate. I give you the figure in the call, once I know what this is about – any earlier and it would be a guess.

What is certain: the half day on site is charged. Only this first call is free.

Do we have to sign anything?

Nothing for the call. Before the first day in your business I will of course sign a confidentiality agreement – yours, if you prefer.

We are larger than an SME. Does this still fit?

Possibly, though honestly less often. The way I work depends on short decision paths and on talking to the person who decides.

In larger organisations that works within individual departments, rarely across the whole.
